Fully Cooked and Chilled Crab Cakes - Reheating Instructions
For Oven Heating - Remove cakes from packaging, place on oven safe pan in a preheated 375-degree oven for 3 - 5 minutes until desired temperature. The cakes are fully cooked please do not overheat. Please use oven safe gloves before removing the cakes from the oven.
For Pan Fried - Preheat your skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of oil. Cook your crab cakes until golden brown, about 2 – 3 minutes per side.
For Microwave - Place our microwave safe container with the crab cakes only in the microwave for approximately one minute. The cakes are fully cooked please do not overheat.
Enjoy with our wonderful Lemon Aioli and a lemon wedge.
Our Fully Cooked Chowders - Reheating Instructions
Stove Top - Place chowder in sauce pan on stove over low heat. Stir while heating to desired temperature. To prevent cream-based chowders from curdling thawed, stir well when reheating and do not boil.
Microwave - Heat the chowder in our microwave safe container loosely covered with microwavable plastic wrap or paper towel. Heat for 1-3 minutes until desired temperature stirring half way through heating process. Do not boil. Please use oven safe gloves before removing the cakes from the microwave. Container maybe hot.
